We deliver fresh, refrigerated and frozen groceries throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities. Enter your postal code to view the delivery dates, fees and free-delivery minimum available for your address.
Delivery Schedule
Our regular GTA delivery days are Tuesday and Friday:
- Order by Sunday at 11:59 PM → Earliest delivery on Tuesday
- Order by Wednesday at 11:59 PM → Earliest delivery on Friday
Selected outer areas are served by our delivery partner on designated days. Please refer to the table below. Available dates shown at checkout will apply to your order.
Delivery Areas and Fees
The minimum order for delivery is CA$15.00. Delivery is free when your order reaches the threshold for your area. Otherwise, the applicable delivery fee will be charged.

Receiving Your Order
To help keep fresh, refrigerated and frozen items in good condition, please arrange for someone to receive the order during the delivery window whenever possible.
Houses
Your driver will leave the order at the front door or another safe location and notify you by ringing the doorbell, phone, text or email.
Apartments and condominiums
Your driver will try to contact you by phone or building intercom upon arrival. Please be ready to meet the driver or provide access to the building.
If we cannot reach you, the order may be left with the concierge, in the lobby or in another safe location. A delivery notification or photo may be provided. Please ensure that your phone number, unit number and entry instructions are complete and accurate.
Delivery Times
The listed times are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed appointment times. Actual arrival times may vary due to order volume, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays. Please monitor your phone, text messages and email on the delivery day.
After Delivery
Because orders may contain perishable, refrigerated or frozen products, please collect and store your items as soon as possible after delivery.
An order is considered delivered once it has been left according to the delivery instructions and a notification has been sent. We may be unable to offer a refund or replacement for spoilage, melting, loss or damage caused by delayed collection, incorrect contact information, an inaccurate address or restricted building access.
If any item arrives damaged, missing or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos so we can assist you.
